Requesting new kit or transport from the finance committee

The finance committee democratically decides what equipment requests get passed. To request equipment or travel then simply write a letter the finance committee and get it to the President before the finance meeting. Make sure the letter makes sense, codes for items and websites are included and anything you ask for is understandable to what it is and why you need it. Remember not all those on the finance committee will know what every piece of equipment is in every club and how important it may be to have. For example if you need something for safety reasons then state why. The decision from the finance meeting will be included in finance minutes at the next management meeting.
