Located on the rejuvenated Kingsway, Unibar provides students with a fresh new bar that offers cheap drinks and friendly service every night of the week! Unibar is working in conjunction with the University Athletic Union, to provide a bar off campus that is exclusively devoted to students. With live sports fixtures projected onto big screens and 3 plasma screens on the walls, Unibar is the ideal place to watch those important sporting fixtures, celebrate your sporting victories and occasionally drown your sorrows after sporting losses!
By day, Unibar offers a relaxing place to socialise and hang out, but by night Unibar transforms itself into a unique nightspot for students alone. With 2 floors offering very different atmospheres, students are spoilt for choice. The first floor presents a social hangout with seating areas, popular music and of course its multiple screens. It also boasts a superior VIP experience in The Green Room, which includes luxurious leather sofas, large plasma screens and a great ambiance that is high above the competition. Downstairs has been aptly named The Box and is a more underground scene with its own bar and separate DJ. With friendly staff, cheap prices 24/7 and themed nights every night of the week, Unibar is the perfect place for any student.
