5:30-18:00 ~ Buses leave Fulton House
18:00-19:00 ~ Arrival and complimentary cocktail drink
19:30 ~ Seating
19:30-21:30 ~ Eating, drinking and civilised conversation
21:45-22:45 ~ Speeches and awards
23:00 onwards ~ DJ, band and bar open until 1am

Photographer on hand to provide you with a photo of you and your table, team or friends. Starter, Main and Dessert with Coffee to finish catered for. Plus a complimentary drink on arrival all for £25! The venue really will make this the best Awards Dinner you have ever been to in Swansea! It has a capacity of 600 so you can bring more friends than ever. The decorations will turn it into a right royal occasion! The venue has two big screens at either end and plasmas along each wall to follow the awards filmed by a professional crew and beamed to the screens!
